Meet our Broker/Owner Lillie Harvey. Lillie has made quite the name for herself in the Real Estate industry. Having great success working with sellers, buyers, new builds and investors over the years, it was a smart move opening up her own firm. 

Lillie enjoys working all real estate transactions rather you are selling or buying. She wants to ensure that her clients have a great experience. She  understands how stressful it can be without the right advisor to guide you through the process. Clients rely on her experience and knowledge of the residential real estate industry.

Lillie has a knack for developing lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and other agents. She makes each person feel as though they are her number one priority. She’s incredibly relatable and very charismatic! She’s able to seal deals and keep the process as stress free as possible for her clients. Her bold personality has made her a force to be reckoned with in the St. Louis Real Estate scene; always ensuring that her clients receive the best level of care.

The main goal of Lillie starting  Harvey & Co Real Estate was to train agents to not only have exceptional negotiation skills but to build lasting relationships as well. Strong relationships are crucial to any business.

Family time is a top priority! Lillie’s free time is devoted to her two boys and just relaxing with family. 

Nekole has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows what type of property her client is looking for, even if they haven’t eloquently described it. Nekole’s ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listening to their wants has made her an instant success and a client favorite.

Nekole was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in her DNA. Her love for real estate came natural. She realized that she couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start.

Ryan believe that your home is your sanctuary, and should be treated as such. Whether you’re buying your first home or seeking that dream retirement residence, the experience should be nothing less than seamless. As a family man and homeowner, Ryan understand that your home is more than just a place to live — it’s where you make long-lasting memories.  Ryan helps his clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process,  with the end result only being a wonderful experience. 

Mya Diaz is new on the Real Estate scene, but her hunger and desire to learn is the most we’ve seen in a while. Mya’s passion helped her find her purpose. Mya is extremely personable, energetic, & eager to dive deeper. She’s well aware that this is a very big decision for her clients and want to ensure she is well prepared to deliver a great experience! 

New to us but definitely not new to hard work and hustle. Stephon’s mother was a licensed Realtor, so selling is in his DNA!  

 Stephon has people-person skills and ability to convert an introduction into a transaction is genius.  

 He understands Real Estate is more than showing nice homes and posting cool photos, but the tenacity to see a transaction through the end.   

Being raised in an entrepreneurial family allows Stephon to know there is no part time in a long term investment. He is eager to accomplish the unthinkable, leap over the hurdles, and achieve what’s in the best interest of his clients.
